About us...

CareChoice of Boerne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is committed to meeting each resident’s needs, providing protective oversight, helping resident’s function at their fullest potential in a home-like atmosphere and making the admission process as smooth as possible.  Our focus is toward the elderly population who need rehabilitation or can no longer live independently because of chronic physical or mental conditions.  We are a 74 Bed Facility providing fully inclusive around the clock care.
