SETTING
Our facility is nestled among Majestic Oaks in the heart of downtown Boerne.
Residents enjoy abundant wildlife including white tail and axis deer, native
birds and beautiful landscaping surrounding one of two outdoor patios. A
panoramic view of downtown Boerne provides tranquility and soothes the soul.
REHABILITATION
We are proud to be teamed with Synergy Care. Our
program provides interdisciplinary care designed to insure the highest level of
safe, cognitive and psychosocial independence is achieved. Full time, on-site
Respiratory, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy assure residents
strengthen in mobility, daily living skills, communication and general well
being. Types of persons served are those who suffer from trauma, CVA, surgery,
amputations, arthritis, spinal injury or general weakness.
WOUND CARE
We offer numerous treatment options for patients with
decubitus ulcers, amputations, and prosthetic complications, surgical wounds and
non-healing wounds. Our approach involves input from all members of the
interdisciplinary team to enhance the body’s ability to heal.
